FACILITY HIGHLIGHTS

Paschal's on Castleberry Hill is remarkable for its distinctively designed areas. Few other restaurants give their guests as many different dining choices as we do.

First, not only do we boast a complete bar area, but also an independent cafe. The bar is a chic balance between division and inclusion. It allows patrons to be close to the action without putting them on display before the dining room. The cafe, on the other side of the building uses only Seattle's Best ^TM, and gives our guests the opportunity to have an undisturbed cup of coffee at a quiet indoor or outdoor table.

Next, we feature two levels of dining space. Our lower level benefits from cathedral ceilings, creating an incomparable feeling of airiness and space. Our upstairs tables, on the other hand, have a cozier feel. With an overlook of the main floor, guests dining above have a birds‑eye view of the action while they remain tucked away in a balcony‑like atmosphere.

We have two banquet rooms that can be used separately or opened into one large room. Each room has an individual capacity of seventy-five, making the combined banquet capacity one hundred fifty people. A separate kitchen handles the banquet food preparation, thus allowing the main kitchen to focus solely on our dining room guests. Also on our second floor is a secluded lounge area for those wishing to have a quiet moment away from the buzz of the restaurant.

Whether people choose to mingle in the bar, have a quick cup of coffee, eat a light lunch, or host a five‑course banquet, the unique layout of our restaurant allows us to serve all of our guests' desires.
